Chainsaw erupted with the game winning runs in the 9th inning scoring 3 runs on 2 hits. Surhoff led off and keyed the rally when he drew a walk. Carlos Lee was next and he doubled driving in a run. Lew Ford then drew a walk. Dustin Hermanson then let a pitch get away from him. Jack Wilson came to the plate and worked the squeeze play to perfection bringing home one more runner. One out later, Damian Miller stepped up to the plate and he was walked intentionally. Terrence Long stepped up next and he slapped a single making Chainsaw the victors to the delight of the home town faithful. Both teams finished the game with 7 hits. Erasmo Ramirez(2-2) got credit for the victory, pitching 2 and 1/3 innings and allowing no runs. Eric Milton(6-13) ended up with the loss. He pitched 8 innings and surrendered 6 hits and 3 walks. Rick Graves was all smiles after the ballgame, 'It sure was looking pretty dim there for a while, but our guys never gave up - and neither did our fans - they kept cheering us on. What a sweet win!'
